IF WE SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM
we will pay for the postage to return the item to us and also pay for the postage of the exchanged item back to you, or refund the item if you wish

IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG ITEM
we will still allow you to return items but only for exchange for the correct item, you pay for the postage to return the item to us and also £2 for return postage back to you of the exchanged item

ITEMS DAMAGED OR MISSING IN POST
we will replace items damaged or missing in the post at our cost as long as adequate proof is supplied upon request, IE photos of damage, For damaged items please notify us immediately, missing items please allow 14 days before contacting us
